Return Policy: There is a 30 day return policy. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. If your item is defective and the 30 day return has passed you must contact the manufacturer for a return policy. Do not return an item without a return number. To receive a return number please contact info@pjstrainshack.com. There is a restocking fee of 25% on all refused items.
Cancelled Orders: Contact or call us for any cancellation. Special orders do not qualify. Credits can take up to five days to be processed.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a PJs Train Shack product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PJs Train Shack reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PJs Train Shack shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination: These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by PJs Train Shack without notice at any time, for any reason.
