Your order ships within 1-2 business days upon completion of order. Customers placing custom orders needing construction will be updated via email.
Note: Expedited shipping orders (Overnight or Two-Day shipping) may ship 1-3 business days after you place the order. Overnight or two-day after the day it ships. Ground delivery within 1-5 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
In most cases, carriers will deliver your package at your address if you are not at home. We give carriers permission to leave your order without a signature in most case, it is up to the carriers discretion whether they leave your order. If they feel that it may result in the parcel being stolen or inclement weather, they may leave a door tag and attempt to deliver your order the next business day. Contact us if your order is lost or damaged in transit. If the product is damaged, in most cases, you should contact the manufacturer for coverage under their warranty. PJsTrainShack can provide the contact information of the manufacturers.
If you order multiple products, they may ship seperately. While they will likely ship the same day. They may ship ship on seperate days. Seperate tracking emails will likely arrive at your email if this is the case.
We will make every attempt to make reasonable order changes, but cannot guarantee. Extra charges may apply if shipped items need re-routing. Please check your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Returns: Unopened items can be return within 3 weeks after you receive your order. Email PJsTrainShack for return instructions. You are responsible for costs associated with return shipping. Shipping refunds are not available unless the return is result of an error by PJsTrainShack. Items may be returned for either an exchange or a product credit. Items returned to PJsTrainShack are subject to a 25% restocking charge to cover packing and credit card costs.
Warranty Information: Some of our products carry their own extended warranty offered by the manufacturer. Any claims based on manufacturer warranties must be made directly with the manufacturer. Not PJs Train Shack.
Out of Stock Items: While it is our priority to sell products on our site that are inventored, we can run out of items on occasion before your order is shipped. If this is the case, we will gladly notify you and credit you in full for any unshipped items.
Sales Tax: Michigan deliveries will have 6% sales tax added.
